Scholarship study in Saudi Arabia for Foreigners

Required documents & Application process

• Mandatory Documents:

1. Valid passport

2. +2 certificate with Arabic translation

3. +2 Marklist with Arabic translation

4. Birth certificate with Arabic translation

5. Police clearance certificate with Arabic translation

6. Medical fitness certificate with Arabic translation

7. ID proofs of 2 relatives (Father & Mother are preferable)

8. Personal Photo (6x4 size)

If the applicant is Female:

9. ID proof of Mahram residing in KSA 

10. Proof shows the connection between her & Mahram issued from an official authority with arabic translation (like marriage certificate) 

• Optional Documents: 

1. Conduct certificate with Arabic translation

2. Recommendation letter from any renowned institution or personalities (1 or 2) with Arabic translation

3. Any other documents or certificate (like Quran Hifz certificate)

How to Apply ?

1. Go to the single window portal of Saudi Ministry of education called “Study in Saudi أدرس في السعودية”

2. Create a new account (user name & password) 

3. Log in to the platform and apply

Application mechanism for long programs

• Create an account on the platform
• Choose the appropriate program
• Receipt of acceptance letter
• Educational visa application
• Arrive to Saudi Arabia

• Reception at the airport in coordination with the university
• Attending the induction program for international students
• Receipt of the study schedule
• Start studying

NB:

*You can choose 3 universities maximum as per you priority.

* you can temporarily save & exit then edit. But Once the application is sent you cannot edit/change the details. So please double check all information are correct before you send.
